The Spring Concert At Longleaf
April 19th, get ready for an unforgettable night of music at the 1911 Stage on the Longleaf Grounds! Longleaf and Towerhouse Farm Brewery proudly present Freebird, "Freebird - The Ultimate Lynyrd Skynyrd Experience!", bringing the legendary Southern rock sound to life. From “Sweet Home Alabama” to “Free Bird,” Freebird delivers all the hits with electrifying energy and authenticity. In addition, the Band will be doing an extra set as Bull Street, featuring all the greats of Outlaw Country.
The evening will kick off with an exciting performance by the local favorites, Montgomery Pike! They will be setting the stage for a night filled with incredible music, cold brews, and great vibes..
The Longtable Returns
The highly anticipated return of the Longtable kicks off Spring 2025 with an unforgettable dining experience featuring Chef Matt Weinstein of Oak Steakhouse at The Skyline Lodge in Highlands, NC. Known for his expertise in refined yet approachable cuisine, Matt will craft a thoughtfully curated menu that showcases his signature style and passion for seasonal ingredients.
Before leading the kitchen at Oak, Chef Matt honed his skills in some of Atlanta’s top restaurants and trained under acclaimed Chef Bryan Voltaggio, bringing a depth of culinary experience to this one-of-a-kind event. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of The Towerhouse, this Longtable dinner promises an evening of exceptional food, community, and storytelling around the table.

The Cotton Fair has been a staple in the community of Gay, Georgia for over 50 years. Each year during the first weekend of May and October, the Festival brings a bustling crowd into our historic town of Gay. The festival is a chance to discover unique, skilled artisans and one-of-a-kind crafts and antiques.

The Venues
Towerhouse Farm Brewery is situated on the grounds of Longleaf. Located in the 1911 Building is the Brewery’s Taproom- The Ice Block, as well as an ultra - vibey space, The Vault. Rounding out the space is an atmospheric outdoor Bier Garten.
The brewery is a true farm to glass operation. The ingredients are cultivated fresh from the natural resources found on the farm. Housed in a repurposed tobacco barn, it is designed for merging old-world traditions and flavors with new-world brewing technologies.
